Directions
From Maidenhead and Reading
Take the M40 towards London, coming off at J2 (Beaconsfield). Take the first (left) exit and at the next roundabout take the second (right) exit signed A40 Gerrards Cross. Follow the A40 into Gerrards Cross. At the first set of traffic lights turn left, cross the railway bridge and carry on through Gerrards Cross. As you come out of Gerrards Cross and just after the school on the left, take the left turn signposted to Gold Hill. Carry on along this road, past a large church (St. Joseph's) on your left. The Village Hall Pub and Gold Hill Common are shortly after this on the left hand side.
From Slough and Windsor
Come through Slough and take the B416 north through Stoke Poges and into Gerrards Cross. Go straight across at the lights, cross the railway bridge and carry on through Gerrards Cross. For rest of directions see above.
From M25
Exit the M25 at Junction 16 heading east towords London. on the M40. In 1 mile (1.5km) exit the M40 at Junction 1. Take the first left exit, the A40. Note that the roundabout is a large one that you can go either way round! Keep to the 2 left-hand lanes at the traffic lights. At the top of the hill, follow the right turn onto the A413 to The Chalfonts and Wendover. At the 2nd roundabout, take the first exit into Chalfont St Peter's shopping area. At the mini roundabout, turn right into Market Place and follow the road, which bends left as the shops finish. Continue up the side of Gold Hill Common. The Village Hall Pub and parking in the vicinity of Gold Hill Common can be found at the top of the hill.
Parking is at a premium around Gold Hill Common, so if you can not find a space in the Village Hall Pub car park then please park responsibly around the perimeter of the Common or on one of the roads that lead to the area.
